Currently the Customer Success Lead at Springnest. I've gained valuable local and international work experience that spans 10 years in the hospitality and tourism industry. The most exciting overlap has been within SaaS, building customer relationship management and digital marketing skills in the tourism-tech industry over the past +7 years working remotely at Springnest.
I am also a part of a youth development initiative, Take Back the Future. Working towards improving the numeracy and literacy levels of children and youth. Recent endeavors include building programming capabilities while enrolled in SheCodes Front-End Diploma uncovering front-end development. I am currently pursuing opportunities that allow me to gain deeper insights into how technology solves problems across industries.
